Jerry is very calm and easy going.  He has ability to converse on many topics and on all levels.  In addition to his sailing abilities, he can draw upon over 10 years experience owning an automotive repair company to fix any mechanical or electrical problems.  Boating since a boy, Jerry set the goal of becoming a professional captain in 1984.  Aware that more that a license is required to navigate the oceans safely, Jerry has taken instruction alone the way in everything from safety and firstaid to celestial navigation.  After receiving his first license in1990, he proceeded to work his way up to the 100 ton master he now holds. 
With seven years of experience as a captain and in everything to do with yachting from ever seeing the construction of two yachts and a complete refit of another, combined with the experience that nearly 50,000 ocean miles brings, Jerry has proven himself to be an able seaman. 

Heidi is friendly and congenial.  What's more, her cooking will win you over!  Besides Heidi's graduation from the Culinary Institute of America to her credit she has also had a number of articles, including some of her recipes, published in Gourmet Magazine.  A keen swimmer and snorkeler, Heidi has the rewarding experience in the summer of 1992 of saving a child from drowning by applying CPR.  For this she received on Outstanding Citizen Award - quite an honor for a British citizen in the U.S.
