Don and Brigitte are both well traveled and are the perfect exampleof Captain and Mate team that you would expect the owners of this fine vessel to select to sever you. 
College training in hotel restaurant management prepared Don for his association with several, well known restaurants in Texas where he taught gourmet cooking on television prior to his maritime interests.  He now maintains a 500 ton Coast Captain's license and is a certified diving instructor with 12 years experience on boats of all size.  Don is well rounded, can converse on a variety of subjects in Spanish, French,German and English.  His hobbies include chess, bridge, is a computer enthusiast and enjoys story telling. 
 

Brigitte grew up in Germany where she helped her parents in the hotel, restaurant and catering business.  She studied psychology and hotel/restaurant administration in college.  While raising her family, she operated three boutiques before immigrating to the USA via St. Martin where she met Don and they soon were married.  She refined her culinary skillswhile traveling through Europe, the Caribbean, and French Polynesia over the years.  She enjoys crafts and collecting great recipes. 

Together, they have been sports and social directors of various hotelsand cruise ships and have traveled extensively as Captain and Mate in the Atlantic and Pacific playgrounds.  Their years of seasoning turns vacations into memories that last forever.  They are enthusiasticabout what they do, are young, healthy, adventurous, and look forward to making your vacation the perfect fun cruise experience that you deserve.
